Yoga with Adriene Review
Hello everyone! I’ve had several people ask me for beginners yoga poses and resources for those who aren’t yet very limber so I’ve put together a list to help you get started. I hope this helps you begin your yoga journey and that you come to love yoga as much as I do.

Yoga with Adriene– Adriene is a yoga teacher from Austin and she has a terrific playlist for beginners or those who desire a gentle practice. She also has several short videos dedicated to mastering just one pose which is great if you’re a perfectionist like I am- she on the other hand does not encourage you to do the poses perfectly or like you think you should- as long as you are doing them safely she encourages you to find what feels good, in fact, that is the name of her brand as well.
