Yoga with Adriene Review

Hello everyone! I’ve had several people ask me for beginners yoga poses and resources for those who aren’t yet very limber so I’ve put together a list to help you get started. I hope this helps you begin your yoga journey and that you come to love yoga as much as I do.

Yoga is the perfect opportunity to become curious about who you are

-Jason Crandell

Yoga with Adriene– Adriene is a yoga teacher from Austin and she has a terrific playlist for beginners or those who desire a gentle practice. She also has several short videos dedicated to mastering just one pose which is great if you’re a perfectionist like I am- she on the other hand does not encourage you to do the poses perfectly or like you think you should- as long as you are doing them safely she encourages you to find what feels good, in fact, that is the name of her brand as well. Adriene is totally down to earth and has a great sense of humor. Click the link above to check out her Yoga for Beginners playlist or check out this video below:

If you discover that you love her teaching style she has tons of free videos on her Youtube channel Yoga with Adriene. she even has a 30 day yoga challenge. If you’ve done all of those things and you still want more (and you will) then you can upgrade to one of her paid programs- Reboot or Empower. With her paid programs you get daily emails from Adriene to keep you on track and access to the Find What Feels Good Facebook group.

So if you are a beginner, or if you are working with an injury, check out Yoga with Adriene
