Change the way you think

This week I've been getting the same message over and over again through books I'm reading, people I'm talking with, and quotes that show up in places I'm looking. This quote perfectly sums up the message I'm receiving:

The purpose of the weekly challenge is to change the way we think so that we can add self-love into our lives. After having a conversation with a Lara Ledsham I realized that a week isn't long enough to learn a new way to think let alone a new way to be, and so the challenges will continue, but they will be a month long now so we can really delve into changing our mindset and make lasting change.

Moving on, the May challenge is about goals.​ You should be writing down AND reviewing your goals. Why? Because people who write down their goals are more likely to reach them. Actually, 80% more likely to reach them. And on the subject of changing your mind, writing down and reading your goal on a daily basis will go a long way for making something that seems impossible into achievable.
