Q & A

What was the number one thing that was holding you back from accepting self love?

My old belief system. Believes that I grew up with.

Who is one person who has changed your life for the better?

I would say Tony Robbins.

What is the best advice you have ever received?

“Listen to successful people about things you want.  Don’t go asking a divorced guy for marriage advice.”

What is a self care habit that you practice regularly?

It would be gratitude exercise, or exercise in general.

Do you have a favorite quote?

For things to change, you have to change.”  Jim Rohn.

Can you share a resource, an app or a tool that we can use to build our selfcare practice.

I usually use YouTube to discover things. I really like to write down things. I don’t put notes in my phone, I put them on paper. It is scientifically proven that you remember things more if you write them down.

What book are you reading right now?

Awaken the Giant Within, by Tony Robbins

What is the one thing that you are most passionate about?

I am most passionate about dancing and that feeling of freedom when you realize who you are, and you accept it, with everyone.  It is the most beautiful moment in the most beautiful feeling I have felt, and I really want to share that with everyone
