098 Speaking Truth, Interview with Vu Willey
In practicing self love, Vu describes her process: first, forgiving herself for her negative thinking, next challenging her thoughts – “Is that really true?” She speaks to her belly, thanking her skin for stretching to accommodate her two healthy, complete pregnancies, and telling the excess skin it is no longer needed. She recognizes her body is a miracle.
