092 Bigger Than Myself, Interview with Rebecca Farrar

In her dark night of the soul, Rebecca was living in her parents’ basement, feeling numb. She realized she no longer found enchantment in anything. She sought out the services of an astrologer, who confirmed she was still on track. Rebecca discusses the process of sitting with discomfort and trusting her process. She applies what she learned to ongoing challenges. Rebecca quit her job and joined an ashram where she explored her relationship to something bigger than herself for several months. This started her on the path of finding her own process of connecting both with herself and with the collective. There, she discovered her earth based, feminine being. This led her to understanding her practice called her elsewhere.
