090 Everything’s Connected, Interview with Sara Lou

Struggling with anxiety, acne, and digestive issues, Sara sought treatment. She was stunned to learn that her symptoms were all connected. Slowly, she implemented changes, including a consistent yoga and meditation practice. She also eliminated other forms of exercise, as well as some foods that were not working for her body.

My husband. He was the one who pushed me to do something about my anxiety.

Having women give themselves the space and the tools to change their lives for the better.
