What was the one thing that was holding you back from accepting self love? Fear of making changes. I’ve always wanted to have my own business, but I never thought about starting one because I was concerned that I didn’t have my degree or qualifications. That was holding me back.
Who is one person who has changed your life for the better? My current partner. He is very different than me. We get on really well.
What is the best advice that you have ever received? To follow my heart and go with my gut. Never give up.
What is your favorite self care habit? I love practicing yoga in the morning. It’s not a long practice, just a half an hour, and then I meditate for 5 minutes afterword. That works well for me.
What is your favorite quote? “Be the change that you want to see in the world.” Ghandi
What is your favorite app or resource to help with our own self care practice Yoga videos.
What book are you reading right now? Mindset, By Carol Dweck
