What was the one thing holding you back from accepting self love? “Perfectionism. It’s a devil. That belief that you have to be a certain thing in order to be loved.”

Who is one person in your life that has changed your life for the better. There were a few teachers that instrumentally had a huge effect on my writing growing up. Rachel Englehart and Mrs. Dougherty.

Sanaya Roman wrote the earth life series. Personal power through awareness, which is a book about energetic sensitivity. She changed my life with her writing.

What is the best advice that you have ever received? It’s so cliché, but “follow your heart.” Follow your energy. What brings you the most excitement? If something is frustrating you continually and draining the life out of you, I really believe that’s your soul communicating with you, “Stop doing this!” Or if something’s energizing you and making you get into the flow, it’s your soul saying, “You’re on the right track.” Use your energy as a way to determine where you should spend your time. Even if it doesn’t logically make sense.

What is your favorite self care habit? I love to journal. I write a lot of articles. Writing those articles is a form of self care for me. Because I learn so much in what comes out and also in other people’s feedback. It’s that vulnerability and not feeling alone.

Favorite quote? Do not spoil what you have by desiring what you have not. Remember that what you have now was once amongst the things you only hoped for. -Epicurus

What book are you reading right now? Linda Howe, Healing Through the Akashic Records.

What is the one thing that you are most passionate about? Giving people what I wish would have been given to me in words that I can understand – that the average person can understand. Grounding spirituality.
