045 Being True, Authentic, and in Alignment, Interview with Aliya Levinson

Aliya Levinson is a Certified Professional Coach, Licensed Master of Social Work, and holds an MA in Writing. She's a blogger for Huffington Post, and has been a regular contributor for IMAGEChicago Magazine. Aliya works with emerging female coaches in conquering hesitancy, overwhelm, and fear to successfully launch their service-based business and do what they love! Aliya talks about the early loss of her younger sister, and how that experience eventually taught her the importance of living authentically and creating a life that makes her happy.

Why do you think self-love is important:

We feel there are so many things we have to do for other people and it’s easy to put ourselves on the backburner, but if you want to help others you have to help yourself first. When we show ourselves we deserve it, we’re offering the same to those around us.
