034 Building Self-Esteem, Interview with Ashley Olafsen
Ashley Olafsen is a Huffington Post Contributor, a TEDx speaker, and most importantly a teenager who is passionate about self esteem, body image, media, mental health, and more. She is a social entrepreneur who has co founded a company called MOVE, and co directs numerous workshops and even a 5 day summer program! She also just published a book called Survival of the Prettiest, and is proud to have written a book she could have used when she was younger. Ashley turned her own struggles into a program meant to build the self-esteem of young girls. She hit her rock bottom, then became a mentor, teaching the things she wished she had learned.

Self-love allows you to reach your full potential and bring your gifts to light. It allows us to use our time and energy to move forward and reach our potential.
