031 Learning to Help Myself First, Interview with Andréa Ranae Johnson

Andréa Ranae is a leadership coach and facilitator for visionaries who want to get free, lead naked and make change happen. She is deeply committed to infusing a social justice lens into the work she does with her clients by supporting them to recognize, own and share their power so that they can amplify the impact they have in their communities. Andréa lived most of her life taking care of others. She discusses how she built her own self-care practice and learned to help herself.

Why do you think self-love is important:

It’s important if you want to have a good quality of life. If you’re not taking care of yourself, then you’re not fully able to show up in the way you’re meant to show up, and the way you want to show up.
