She healed herself and changed her life by paying attention to what her body was telling her. She talks about the long, difficult journey to health, and how listening to her body changed everything.

Why do you think self-love is important:

You start to appreciate everything around you and other people start to notice, and that change your relationships as well. When you start loving yourself, you start attracting that love into your life in other ways.
