027 You Are So Loveable, Interview with Rachel Moriarty

Rachel Moriarty is San Diego born and bred but has travelled the globe extensively.

She is a Home + Personal Style Expert who spends her days at her design studio (aka: home) working on design projects, blogging, and making sure that her Facebook and Instagram feeds are full of inspiring photos of interiors. She’s an over-consumer of coffee, podcasts and Pinterest and can often been found hunting estate sales, sifting through thrift stores, or haggling for her newest find at the flea market. Rachel discusses what she used to think love was, and how she learned what it really means to love herself.

Why do you think self-love is important:

When you really love yourself, you care for yourself, and self-love and self-care go hand in hand. Self-care is evidence of self-love. You set the precedent on how other people treat you.
