Amy McNally is a therapist and life coach. She helps women transform their lives by ditching their limiting beliefs and restoring their energy system so they can quit hanging on to negative emotions and start being happier, healthier, and more confident! She has been able to transform her own life and is on a mission to help other women do the same.
