019: Invisible Illnesses and Self-Love, Interview with Jennifer Bell
Jennifer Bell managed for 15 years with M.E./CFS, beginning when she was in university, and now she is a kick-ass coach and soulful sidekick to chronic illness warriors. She helps them to take back control, find their heart-felt purpose and to blossom. 1 year ago she lost her job due to her illness and mapped out a completely fresh start for her, one that included self-love at the forefront.
Why do you think self-love is important:
Self-love allows you to do the work to know yourself, know what you actually want, and tame the negative self-talk.
What book are you reading now?
Doing competitions- I absorb myself with all the things I could possibly win. It’s a way for myself to start believing I deserve to receive.
