Living in Sydney, Australia, Vineeta Jakhar is a Success Coach certified in NLP and Timeline Therapy techniques. Having gone through abuse of all sorts and loss early in her life, she has found the freedom that she was always seeking and self-love had a lot to with it. She brings the learnings from her experiences and her coaching skills to help her clients find the confidence and the inherent worthiness to move forward in life and get the results they want. She discusses her journey in this episode.

Self-love is the key to freedom. You need to live with yourself, and internally, if you are hating yourself, you aren’t free.
